This document explains the rules that keep our marketplace running. We call these rules our Terms and Conditions. They apply to qurangrace.com and all the websites and apps we own or run. (And by we, ours, we mean qurangrace.com and our affiliates, which we may also refer to as us.)

These terms explain how we expect you to behave when you’re using qurangrace.com, whether you’re a registered user or an unregistered site visitor on our site. Please read these rules carefully: by using our site, you’re agreeing to follow them.

Data Accessibility

Each student has access to a personal profile via our student portal, where they can view, review, and correct any personal information at any time.

Registration and Payments

Once you decide to get registered for Regular classes, you have to pay

The monthly fee is in advance after trial classes, which we call free evaluation. Monthly Payment will be payable in the 1st week of each month from the date you register with Quran Grace.

If you have any questions or concerns about late fees or payments, please contact the administrator or our accountant as soon as possible using the contact information provided on our website so that your lessons continue.

Quran Grace reserves the right to stop the classes if the payment is overdue for more than 7 days without any notice or excuse. We have two types of payment:

Monthly payment: You choose how many hours per week you need a class and the plan you want to subscribe to, and then at the beginning of your month, you pay us a fixed payment for your chosen quote.

Hourly payment: Regarding the hourly subscription, you choose your plan, quote, and pay us right away.

Leave or Absence from Lessons:

If you notify your company coordinator at least 3 hours before the class about your leave of absence, you’ll be given a makeup class on another day or time by the adjustment of the teacher. Quran Grace can provide a maximum of 25% make-up classes in a month.
If you don’t inform and remain absent from your lesson without any notice, your class will be marked as absent, and there will be no make-up for it (except in case of emergency).
Your class timing can be changed at your request anytime, 24/7 at your
convenience, but we may change the teacher if the new timings are not at the convenience of the teacher. Quran Grace holds the right to cancel the classes if any student remains absent from classes for more than 10 days without any prior notice. Refund requests will also not be entertained in such cases. There is no refund for missed classes; however, the student can take make-up classes for missed lessons if he/she has sent a prior notice to the teacher.
If the student comes 5-10 minutes late or more, the teacher is not responsible for giving you the remaining time of your class because online classes work clockwise and we cannot ask the students who are
next to wait for their classes because the previous student was late.
If you want to take a vacation as well as you do not want to lose your schedule, you can pay 50% of your monthly or class fees; otherwise, you have the right to not pay, but when you return to your classes, your schedule may change.

Security

We care about the security of our customers. You are also requested not to share your contact information, like your phone number, email address, social media account credit card information, etc., with any teacher. Quran Grace will not be responsible in case of misuse.
Teachers are also not allowed to ask for or share their contact numbers, email addresses, or social media accounts with students or parents; if anyone does so, please inform us urgently.
Please don’t discuss payment arrangements, fee charges, or anything extra with the teachers. In these cases, contact the admin through a call, admin Skype, email, or WhatsApp.
If you want to recommend your friends or anyone to enrol with us, kindly inform the admin directly and not the teacher. Note: You get free classes for your referrals.

Studying in the Academy Only

Students are not allowed to study with their teachers outside of the academy with private contact.

Teachers Punctuality

If a teacher is late for the class, the student should email the teacher and inform her/him that they are online. If, in case, there is no reply, the student can send an email to info@qurangrace.com, and the teacher will schedule the lesson. If the teacher is often late or misses classes, kindly email ASAP.

Please note that we will inform you of the cancellation of any extra classes which will be more than the number of classes required in your suitable study plan.

For example, if it has been agreed that you will do 4 classes per month on Saturdays, sometimes it happens that there are 5 Saturdays in one month. In that case, the 5th class will be cancelled. Your payment is done according to an hourly rate; therefore, the extra classes have not been paid for.

Reports

Teachers will record all class times and complete a class summary report after finishing each class. Students and parents will receive a monthly progress report, allowing parents to review their children’s progress.

Can I Upgrade/downgrade My Study Plan at a Later Date?

Yes, you can do that. Also, the student can add extra hours to the current study plan at any time (it’s optional), but you have to pay for the extra classes. For instance, if you subscribed to the 10-hour package and you still have 3 more days till the end of the month, you can take extra classes and pay for them.

Rating and Feedback

Our support team will contact you via email after a few lessons to request your feedback. Please inform them of any concerns, questions, or complaints you may have. Your input is vital for us to enhance our services, and we greatly appreciate it.

Leaving the Academy

If a student decides to leave our institute for any reason, we kindly request that they email us at info@qurangrace.com and send a message via WhatsApp. Please do this two days before the intended departure date and include the reason for leaving. Additionally, we encourage you to review our refund policy.

Quran Grace may revise its Terms of Service and Conditions periodically to ensure we provide the best education and services to our students and their parents.

Referral Terms & Conditions

Get free classes over any of our courses for each student subscribing to us through your coupon code. (You will get the discount or get paid once the student pays us after the trial.) Note: If you would like to get paid instead of getting free classes, please give us your payment information through WhatsApp.
