Surah Al-Kauther is one of the three Surahs in the Quran, each with only three verses: Surah Al-Nasr, Surah Al-Asr, and Surah Al-Kauther. Because of its short verses and simple words, it can be memorized in as little as 15 minutes or as long as an hour. It is important to apply the Tajweed rules while memorizing, and to read a summary of the Surah for better understanding.
You can also memorize the other two easy Surahs, Al-Nasr and Al-Asr, along with the first Surah in one day. However, for children, it may take a week to perfect the memorization of one Surah, so it is important to be patient and help them memorize these easy Surahs during their childhood for long-term retention by doing hifz course.
