This target is achievable if you divide the time skillfully. One page of the Quran is approximately 15 lines. So, you can divide the page into 2 halves with 7 and 8 lines in both, respectively. Then, focus on reading and memorizing the 1st half in 15 minutes and the 2nd half in the next 15 minutes. Once you are done with the reading and memorization, combine both halves to consolidate them together.
While doing so, make sure your Tajweed and Makhrij are accurate, your understanding of the page is good, and your time management and revision of the page are superb. Do not panic if you run out of time. Just take another 10 minutes to get things correct in your hifdh classes.
